Central location

Festive atmosphere
Lights, chalets and winter gardens create a place where people like to linger.
One point of contact
VACANTO coordinates the event and agrees technical details and logistics with you.
A small circle of food partners
Only 4 chalets are planned, so every offer has its place.
New guests
Introduce your offer to locals and festive visitors.
Low costs
The chalet is provided; electricity and water consumption are not charged to the operator.
What we are looking for
- Savoury specialities
- Sweet specialities
- Regional produce
- International specialities
- Christmas food and drinks
- Creative food concepts
Quality, originality and a good fit with the atmosphere of the event are what count.
The chalets
Planned footprint of about 3 × 2 metres per chalet. Final fit-out and connections are confirmed before the event.
Electricity supply
Each food chalet has a maximum standard connected load of 8 kW. If you need more power, this is possible under certain conditions. Please tell us your requirement early so that we can check and agree the technical options together.
The actual electricity consumption costs are not charged to the operator. Any additional technical installations needed for a higher power requirement are assessed and agreed separately.
- Standard: electrical equipment with a total simultaneous connected load of up to 8 kW.
- More than 8 kW: possible under certain technical and organisational conditions – after a check and explicit approval by VACANTO.
- Feasibility depends on the available power infrastructure, grid and connection capacity, the total load and the technical distribution.
- Any additional measures needed, and who bears their costs, are clarified in advance.

Any further costs will be itemised separately and confirmed to you in writing before any binding commitment.
Selection and participation
Participants are selected by VACANTO SRL, which reviews the applications and decides on the overall mix of the programme.
Applications are assessed in particular on the quality and originality of the proposal, how well it fits the event concept, its organisational and technical feasibility, and the variety and appeal of the overall line-up.
Submitting an application does not entitle you to take part. The final selection, the conditions of participation, the available pitches and the organisational arrangements will be communicated and agreed in writing once the selection process is complete.
Sustainability
We want an event with as little waste as possible. The binding rules are agreed with the selected partners; for now we ask you to:
- prefer reusable tableware, cups and containers where return and washing can be organised;
- avoid unnecessary single-use packaging and individually wrapped portions;
- choose packaging and cutlery that can be sorted correctly in the waste collection on site;
- take into account the event’s safety rules, which may restrict certain containers (glass, for example).
Operator obligations
Terms, requirements and any permits needed are agreed in writing with the selected partners. How we process your data is explained in our privacy policy.
