Approach

How we work.

One framework for all three business areas: every phase ends with a deliverable and a decision for you to take. We agree responsibilities in writing beforehand.

Framework

Five phases, one framework

The phases apply equally to events, tourism projects and digital projects.

  1. Step 1

    Analysis

Clarify goals, target groups, starting point, constraints and stakeholders.

  2. Step 2

    Concept

Develop the format, offer or features; budget framework and cooperation model.

Working together

Ways of working together

The model depends on how much responsibility you want to hand over to us.

  • Concept assignment

You have an idea: we develop it into a workable concept with budget and funding model.

  • Full management

You hand over the management of the project to us within the agreed scope.

  • Modular support

We take on defined tasks such as exhibitors, suppliers, production or on-site management.

  • Review and consulting

We review an existing project and deliver an action plan, with optional implementation support.

  • Co-production

We deliver formats developed by VACANTO together with destinations and partners.
